Why there exist some items (staff types for stamina set or so many 2H/1H variants - and bows for magicka sets) is also a testament to the lack of consideration for how people actually play.

i completly fine with getting some stuff that is garbage. i just get a huge % of defending and reinforced stuff number wise it is 1 reinforced to every other trait combined. same with defending. i expected 1 reinforced to 1 infused to 1 divine to 1 impen and so on. my friends seem to have the same problem and i was just wondering if it is really really bad rng for us or a widespread thing
