Sentinels in PvP

So I have an idea for a neutral party in PvP. They'r called Sentinels, who are not in any faction, and they monitor the campaigns for any exploiters, hackers, bugs, etc. They cannot take keeps or resources, capture scrolls, etc. But they can kill off and/or temp-ban players.
People would apply for this position, but are not paid in out-game currency. However, they are paid in Crowns or in AP. There is no shift or anything, but can play on their Sentinel character whenever they want to or are asked to.
It's a basic idea. I wanna know what you guys think, but no hateful comments.

✭The problem is that there are no hackers, bug abusers, or exploiters that are bad enough to warrant even a temporary suspension. I PVP a ton and never see this stuff. Or I do see it, it's just that it doesn't make any difference at all and I just don't care.0 -
