Missing Textures

When I logged in today I noticed that in Coldharbour I'm missing various textures. Before today I was cleaning up my PC and I did throw away some files which were a compilation of odd numbers and such so I don't know if that's the problem or that I updated my NVIDIA driver today. I'm using the 64-bit version and did do a repair before taking the screenshot. Please help?
