Well, Star Citizen in middle of Star Wars EP 7 and 8...done by the guy who gave us Wing Commander and Freelancer...
The only thing missing is a wookie... or a racoon with a knack for weapons...

CU beta will probably be more deserving of Best MMO 2016 than ESO.yelloweyedemon wrote: »uhm.. Sorry to break your doom & gloom bubble, but ESO does deserve the 2015 best MMO and it is probably going for 2016 as well.
It has absolutely zero competition. Have you see what's "hot" in the current MMO market?
-Wow is a 10+ year old game that all it still has is nostalgia.
-GW2 is just a braindead hack n' slash MMO that can't hold semi-serious players for more than a couple of months to the game.
-SWTOR is also called TORtanic for a reason. Going free to play helped a bit but it's still going downhill...
-Wildstar is closing.
-LOTRO is a complete embarrassment of its former self.
-RIFT lost every positive thing it had the moment it became a massive P2W game.

Great for the casuals but no good for the hardcore MMO players. I can't be angry at that model because it makes sense. Doesn't stop me from feeling disappointed though. Disappointed in what this game could have been...
