In Game Night time needs to be longer

I am sick of seeing the game not have as much nighttime I rather it be night then day.

Night should have equal amount of hours as day in game.

I would like to see more night time in the game, but I'm not sure what the right solution is for that really. Maybe if they did a couple of hours of daytime and a couple of hours of night time and just rotated them maybe that would work. I don't know what the nighttime/daytime schedule is atm, but I would absolutely like to see much more night time hours.

In game day and night should scale off of real world time.

I really wish the day/night cycle was based on real world values. One of the things I've really enjoyed in another mmo was that its multiple servers were each on a 24 hour clock with day/night cycle synced to various timezones. I always kept my characters on servers that matched (or were close to) my actual time so I could plan when to go to certain locations (some "spooky" content is more fun at night, some content is more aesthetically pleasing in day or night etc). There is also something immersive in a surreal sort of way when the sun is setting outside your window *and* in the "world" your avatar is standing in at the same time. And...for many other reasons, I just strongly prefer a 24 hour cycle.
