LAG in Wrothgar and Hew's Bane

I find this lag immensely frustrating. Most of the game is smooth, but these 2 DLCs are terribly laggy for me. I considered purchasing them, as my ESO+ will soon expire, but am seriously reconsidering. Oh well...
