PS4 user here. Thinking of getting eso plus today but I don't wanna spend the time downloading the dlc. Once I get plus do I immediatly have to download the dlc or can I just wait for another time when Im not playing?

Lenikus✭✭✭✭✭DLC is granted in teh base patches. (otherwise a non-extra-paying customer would have to play a different game version in a different server)
If you start paying, you instantly can log in and go to the dlc places... Mai cave. >:30 -

Lenikus✭✭✭✭✭Every game that has basic multyplayer, from Battlefield to ESo, if they have an dlc, it IS part of the Base game, it's just locked to people who don't own it, If that wasn't the case, Once a game had dlc, they'd need to keep 2 different servers / versions of the game, one for b2p players, and another for the subscribed / vip. And because the game was materially different, they won't be able to play with each other. Wich would break the purpose of the DLC wich is to brag to poor people.... Mai cave. >:30
