Suggestion/Idea able to Reforge crafted weapons, armor.

I cool feature would be the ability to reforge a crafted item's effect by dropping it down a level in quality. For example I crafted a Blue Superior Bow with precise stone and now want to change from that to training. I could take the weapon to the crafting station, choose the new stone, execute and the new item is now Green and with the desired stat. You could also do this with item sets, shifting a Night Mothers Bow to a Hunding's Rage Bow. just a cool idea I had, may not be original and submitted before.
