Cannot log on one of my characters?

Having a strange issue today where I cannot log onto 1 specific character, whenever I try to log on my templar I'm throw out back to the log in screen and a message pops up "Unable to connect to game server. Please ensure you have a valid internet connection." I can however play on any other toon without any issues. I've tried restarting my game, PC, router, etc. It's still the same. Anyone else had something like this?

Guess my Templar isn't allowed out of her house to play today...

We've moved your thread to PC Technical Support. Regarding being unable to log in with your Templar, you may need to submit a ticket to customer support. An agent should be able to take a closer look to assist you.
