And well your Hp desync is visible in the moment you die.. there is no other explanation.
If VD would have been the reason for your death RD wouldn´t be in your Recap cause you were already dead.

Checking the video slowly (x0.25), it starts with the Power extraction, at which point the health bar isn't updated as fast as the combat log shows it.

so as I see....almost 12k health...how hit for 5.4k from radiant can kill you?
before this almost 12k health and 12.7k hit from vicious death..how? do you thought about normal health regen?, just this tick with health regen and you are almost dead after this vicious death hit but still alive...barely but nevertheless it was enought to get last hit from radiant to just finish...any other skill, light attacks or bash for 500 health was enough to finish after this vicoiust death explosion
