FFS quest gives 50k exp and monster give only 400 witch just lead me to just avoid every enemy in game and just rush to the objectives.

50k xp? I'm happy to get over 10k for a quest (VR7). Where do quests give that much?

It's a balance. Mobs are a dime a dozen, while there are less quests. That's why people start farming areas/dungeons/dolmens. I actually earned quite a bit xp farming anchors with a couple others one night.
