Did not receive Crowns after purchasing ESO Plus!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
Have you tried putting your console into energy saving mode and then power cycling it? Also try unplugging your modem if it does not have an on off switch, if it does please try turning it off and then power back up after a minute. If those don't work you will need to contact support you will need to make sure you have proof of purchase being a receipt.
