What's the difference between TG and non-TG passive-related crit chance?

I remember reading the patch notes for Thieves Guild on PC and it mentioned an increase in crit chance per piece of medium armor compared to last patch. Also, I would love to know the crit chance change for NB assassination passive as well. Give accurate information please. Thank you, whomever, in advance.
