Random (and permanent) screen freezes?

Happening to anyone else? This started happening after Thieves Guild. It seems like an optimization problem. They're completely random.

Aeladiir✭✭✭✭✭Update: Apparently it's not so random as I thought. It happened several times while fighting the FIRST boss of Veteran Wayrest Sewers and when he had been dropped to ~20-40%. Just letting @ZOS_GinaBruno know that it is something that you might want to look into.

✭Had it happen a few times, maybe 4-5 since TG hit. Also tonight got a permanent load screen, and a random crash out of the blue wtf was that in vma. Never had a permanent load screen or a crash for a loooong time.
