Online gaming does have rules. One of those rules is if there is maintenance that cannot wait until a regularly scheduled day it gets performed on shorter notice. Some times that notice can be as short as a couple hours.

This is normal and Zos acts accordingly. Thx Zos.

Early asfter the release of this game a patch had a serious bug where many players were locked out of the game. The number of players hat could not log in increased daily. The simple fix came unexpectedly with the next scheduled maintenance as the reset to the server solved the issue. If Zos had attempted this sooner many players would not have lost up to en entire week of play time.

I would say they do not disregard us as much as they bite off more than they can chew with the people they have. Things need to be fixed when they need to be fixed. There is usually a forewarning in the header in the forums and we cannot account for internal factors of timing. The guy who handles this and that may have a planned vacation that needs to be worked around or if they do not take care of it right away all the Nintendo 64's they have networked for the servers might crash.
I didn't choose tank life, tank life chose me.

poor guy...he's right(I think?)...but he's going to get no support due to his lack of typing skills...

that said, the 4 patches in as many days turned me off as well.

Maintenances are almost always first thing on Mondays, just get used to it. It is the rare Monday that we don't have a maintenance. It has been this way since game launch.

Should the Kiosk Bid window close at a different more convenient time? Sure, but at who's convenience? Pick the time zones that gets the convenient time, get all players to buy into that and then suggest that time to ZOS[/q]

Very, very rarely does PC get the Monday fix anymore....

I think the problem he is referring to is the daily downtime to fix the fix that fixed the fix.

    Let me try:
Anyway, no one can go to maintance when ever u want. This is an online game [snip] . if u wanne go to a maintance, u must mail to all players one day before.

It's unfair to players to have unscheduled maintenance. This is a MMO which has a lot of players. You should respect those players by giving them 24 hours notice of maintenance.
İf u need an emerge maintance on Thuesday at 03.00 AM, u must change the day of" guild trader" last bidding time. i woke up at 03.00 am for bidding and saw a silly maintance which must be at 04.00. İs this joke. Online gaming have some rules and everybody must obey this. This is a serius job.

If you have an emergency maintenance for the server that coincides with the bidding deadline you should move the bidding deadline till after the server has been reset. This ensures those who were planning on bidding at the last minute before bidding ends have a chance to put the highest bid in. You should take your job seriously as game developers and schedule your emergencies more conveniently.
With your fool behavior i cant uprise the Trader at Craglorn. My guild is an serius Trading guild and we lost more than 40million gold that week.

I lost the guild trader in craglorn this week for my active trading guild. I am assuming this cost us at least 40,000,000 gold from my previous weeks profit and loss sheets.
This Money is not a small amount. we have 500peopleand they are serius players.

My controller has informed me that our liquid assets will dip below market evaluation of our guild and we may face a higher leverage amount than we forecast. This may lead to a global meltdown, as we are "too big to fail". I think we may need a ZOS bailout here.
They like ESO. But your ... team avoid us playing the game. Be like a MAN...

We like playing your game under our terms, but unless you have *** we will avoid playing it? <- not sure on that one.

OMG this has to be the MOST epic translation post I have EVER read. The 20+ likes are all from me cos I made 20 accounts just to awesome this that many times LOL.

    Also OP,

Just like any other game/softwares that you may buy, they normally have ironclad EULAs that let them basically do whatever the F they want. If you clicked agree youre pretty much at their mercy. Like there's a part in the EULAs which forbids you from filing a class action lawsuit or even take them to court ( youre bound to go to arbitration unless you opted out by sending a mail within 30 days of TOS acceptance or if its illegal to forbid this where you live) etc etc. So there really isnt much you can do about this.. In fact ESOs EULA is a lot more docile than the ones typically pushed in our face by itunes and microsoft.

You lost me at "serius", after that I disregarded everything else. :(

Why? EU megaserver has lots of europeans on it, surprise surprise. Europeans speak all different languages before they speak english. So posting in english is a hurdle they must overcome. Why make it harder by pointing out how bad their english is? Personally I'm impressed when I see someone who can speak my language better than I can speak theirs.
