removing character scaling point maybe the best and easy way too fix

hello everyone
i think everyone know the issue of stamina base character have weak class skill , or heath build scale nothing , or hybrid are not very valuable , and magicka build have all benefit too put point in magicka too have strong class skill and strong staff skill , so this is maybe the most easy fix for all this unfair advantage , just remove the scaling on character point , so like this magicka and stamina and hybrid are equal , i think is a easy fix for a lot of problem and balance the core of the game , + is good too drop dps because now is got any reason for party dps is just insane too strong , ok tell me what you think about this thank you peace
