Dwemer scraps refined into Dwemer Frames

I know this question has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find the exact answer.
If I refine Dwemer scraps into a Dwemer frame on a clothing table, can I then use that Dwemer frame to craft blacksmithing or woodworking items?
It doesn't lock it into the table you craft it on, does it?

I don't refine my Scraps until I am ready to make a Dwemer Item. As you say, the scraps are hard to come by. This way I have to think about what and who I am making something for before I choose Dwemer
