Weapon Expert Buffs Overload?

I always had that thought where what if Werewolf and Overload was affected by the Weapon Expert CP Passive? So I made a small little test. Was not disappointed.

So that basically means any skills that mainly uses light and heavy attack get boosted even further along with other passive.
