I saw a post back in 2014 about this boss - and seems the same issue is once again scourging the plains of Nirn...
Basically, you activate the chest, it glows red (with the tower of red mist) but nothing spawns... then it's stuck like that for ages until you start the process over again. Any fixes going to happen for this soon? Guild mates have submitted tickets btw...
