Players able to use guards to kill others in Thieves Guild DLC area

Since DLC thieving zones aren't instanced, you'll have multiple thieves doing the same objectives, there are those getting caught purpose, and when they run past others at just the right moment, when the guard uses snare, the snare will hit the other player instead, making the guard will switch aggro, even if that person was stealthed. I've gotten away easily, but I seen others die from this tactic.
