Account Link Error ( Need help from the support team)

I am trying to switch my account on PS4 to another user on my PS4. I keep getting a error messeage "That user ID has already been linked to a different Sony Entertainment Network Account." I have already followed the steps to unlink the old account I just can not link the new one 
Can support please help me fix this problem. No luck on getting any response on my support ticket.
