I can't login to my 60+ hours character. I got a "Requesting Character Load" fail. So I made a ticket to support.
The first one (ref number: 160208-000942) was updated into a 'solved' status without any answer from ZOS. (why would they do that?)
I made the ticket on 2/8, got a response from Kenzie on 2/19, I answered on 2/20, waiting for a response from support until 2/29 and suddenly my ticket became 'solved' on its own. I can't update this ticket anymore. Oh well, my bad luck, I guess.
So I made the second one (ref number: 160307-002879), which is, to this day, still 'unresolved' but there have been no answer for around 5 days. I am afraid that it's going to be 'solved' automatically with no solution at all in a few days.
I've been waiting to play this game for more than a month! (I encountered the problem around early February patch. Everything was fine before that)
I paid $80 for the Imperial Edition which is not cheap to be honest ($200 is standard monthly salary in my country).
Am I wrong to expect better help and support from you, ZOS?
I just want to be able to just play this game and not losing progress on dozens of hours that I have invested on my character. That's all.
