Crashing in Wrothgar; Unable to access character

So my first trip to Wrothgar after this patch today I teleported to the wayshrine just north of Orsinium and made my way south towards the guild vendors. As soon as I came up to them I received some achievement for entering Orsinium for the first time, although I've been plenty on this character and others. I didn't think much of it until I crashed about a minute later before I could open a guild store.

I have since been attempting to log in to this character only to crash at the loading screen after character selection. This issue is happening on both the 32bit and 64bit versions of the client and after about 10 attempts I am unable to access this character. It should also be noted that I was PvPing in cyrodiil and jumping to other zones in the same game session before experiencing this trouble in Wrothgar.

I just attempted to log in to an alt who is in Cyrodiil and crashed again. Looks like I can't access any of my characters. Is there anything I should try to fix this?

Are you using 64bit or 32bit client?

I have tried both clients and experienced the same thing. Originally I was using the 32 bit though.

So are you always getting to character load screen or crashing before that?

Things I would do........

Run a repair.

Run 32bit only atm.

Always run as admin.

Delete UserSettings file found in Documents>Elderscrollsonline>liveeu>UserSettings

This file can get corrupted and cause crashing issues.

However as your issues started after todays patch, repair is probably your best option, maybe the download bugged out.

I actually Disabled my Master Merchant Addon and am able to login now. However, I'm kicked out to the login screen every time I take a wayshrine anywhere.

Same problem here with both 32/64
I did "repair" and started with fresh user settings w/out addons!

I've never had any problems prior to today's patch!

Do i have to send "official" crash report in addition to 10+ auto send crash reports?

If you have Master Merchant add-on installed, go to ESOUI.com and download the newest update. The add-on was causing the crashes.

I was playing fine without crashes or problems until TODAY, March 17..

When I logged in today I experienced numerous error messages, unable to log in, crashing before character select, crashing after character select, crashing once I was able to get in the game, over 26 crashes in the time I tried to play.

I have tried everything, running in both 32 bit and 64 bit, repaired the game twice, ran the Zenimax Connectivity troubleshooter, adjusted my Nvidia settings to performance, deleted the usersettings file, turned off all add-ons, upgraded Master Merchant.. more that I have forgotten... and yet I am still crashing : (

I submitted a ticket, good luck to me and all who have done so, sounds like no one has had any luck with that. Well, if it is not fixed, Zenimax is losing a good customer here since release and possibly an entire guild, because I doubt my teammates will stay here without me when I can't play with them.
