Did you level one character at first or several?

Just curious! When you were new, did you level one character to 50 first, or did you level a bunch side by side?

I leveled a bunch and quit. Then I came back a couple months ago and deleted everything to start fresh with a Templar.

Just one first. I enjoyed the story and quest line to much to even think about starting a diff toon. I just wanted to see what happens next as the story unfolded. Plus I always played TES games as a altmer sorcerer. So obviously my first toon was a altmer sorcerer.

I ran a Sorc until he was VR14 and they had the CP system coming out, then I started grinding with alts to have one of each class at vet rank before CP started.

I leveled 4 to VR Ranks, at various rates. I wanted one character in each Class.

Then I also rolled 4 Mules, 2 of whom have done some leveling.

1 at first. I think he was about vet 7 when I started my second.
Right now I have 4 V16, a V15, a lvl 30, a lvl8 and one mule.

I started with 3 at PC launch, one in each faction and each one a different race and class.

After a few weeks, i added a dedicated PvP character to the mix.

So now i have 4 main characters and 4 storage mules ...

I leveled 1 character. 1 to rule them all. I will never make a new character. I could never cheat on my vamp stam nb "Valla".

Valla's back story.

She was born an Imperial but she had a Nord father. Her Imperial mother fled the lands of Skyrim to the Daggerfall Covenant. Valla's father died to protect his wife from bandit's. Tired and Exaughted..Valla's mother droped her off at a nearby shrine in Bangkorai. Little did she know this shrine was the shrine to a cult of Vampire's. Valla was taken in and baptized in the Blood of Lamae Bal. Valla had then become a Vampire. She was adopted by this cult. All she had left to remeber her parents was a Nordic Long Sword and a letter. This sword was tied to the twine basket she was found in. After Valla began to grow she started training with her fathers sword. After further inspection she relized their was a secret compartment inside the handle of the sword. Their was a letter from her parents. All the note read was "Travel East and discover your destiney." This then set a path in motion that will shape Tamriel's history like never before!... to be continued.

I'm levelling several at once. Still working on it since my highest level character isn't level 50 yet.

I've always been an altaholic, usually the only thing holding me back is not knowing what kind of characters I want and in this case I played the betas and read the forums and things a lot before I started so it didn't take me long to decide on multiple characters.

I created several characters, but first I leveled my main. Then, I started leveling my crafter, but said "screw it" and leveled everybody else along with her.

My initial plan was to do all of Cadwell's quests before starting to level another character on the same alliance, so I wouldn't do the same alliance twice in a row. This plan didn't go to far. I ended up doing 1-50 eight times, Silver three times and Gold one time (doing it for the second time).

One at a time in the order they appear in my signature.

First choice because I thought the class would be awesome as in Skyrim. Terrible mistake which could start getting better with latest patches if not for the ridiculous animation prioritization that slowed down every move

Then I saw DKs and their virtual immortality but tanks are so weak that she's still on Cadwell's Silver for months

Third because I wanted the same extremely high DPS as I see on PvP but it's currently on standby due lack of good self healing for my solo playstyle (ala Vigor)

The last because regardless all the whining I read about Templars I would like to try a class with high survivability. So far the best of my four characters. I only die on suicide jumps or stupidity, like taunting 15 Dremoras and having no stamina vir CC-break >.<

Initially I made one character in each faction: a Sorc in DC, a templar in AD and a DK in EP. I played them all more or less equally to the end of the main quest and VR1. After that I started focusing on my Sorc and made additional characters in DC. I now use the other faction toons as mules exclusively.

I have a bad problem of wanting to try everything. So, I have multiple characters at various stages of development. I actually leveled the second character to V16 before I managed to get the first one to V16. Both are Imperial templars, just it is easier on the stamplar over the magplar. I use both in PVP as needed.

At first I made my high elf dk and leveled it all the way up to around vet 9 or so before I decided to make other characters. I don't attempt to actively level up my other characters until they vet out since I want BWB accounts. But if one does vet out, I'm going to be slowly grinding it to VR16.

Several. I love designing charcaters and getting a feel for them. Having just left an MMO where I was at end game and super bored, I had no intention of rushing to the end of this game, but have savoured every moment. It's strange... I'm not even sure I have a main character.. I love all the characters i've designed

This was my first MMO so I started with one NB. Around LvL 30 I created a couple of alts as banks. Around LvL 40 I felt I had learned a lot so I created other classes and alliances. I respeced my NB a few times along the way, once I payed for and other times as the result of patches with free respec.

Several but only one for a undetermined period of time usually not lasting all the way to max level.

Right now I'm playing my Khajiit but I might get the desire to play my Templar, Sorcerer or Dragon Knight before I get her to max level.

I have 2 characters and both were levelled independently of each other.

At launch I built my DK and Templar and leveled them at the same time, mostly. My templar did a bit more pve, and my dk more pvp, but they both did both. And hit the v10 cap (then v12, v14 and v16) within a day or two of each other. The next 5 toons have been one at a time.

Leveled first guy to v16, then second to v16, now leveling a Templar ( at v4) and a dk (at level 42). Kinda bounce back and forth between the dk and templar. Just depends how I feel like playing for the time being.
