DK Dragon scales stam regen bug not fixed yet?

I think it's an old bug that's happened before but now, whenever I reflect snipes, my stamina gets drained.
Is this intended? If not, why isn't it in the patch notes?

what is a future patch? this is something larger than the overload bug and needs to be hot fixed

Any info on this would be appreciated. I am on PS4 and i know it was fixed on PC but pretty sure not on console yet. It happens in PVP not PVE. PVE mobs dont have resource pools but players do so it cost you the amount it costed them to cast it. Also cost you magicka too so it really drains both resources which makes this ability impossible to use in PVP and have any type of sustain.Edited by flguy147ub17_ESO on April 25, 2016 5:42PM1 -

Thank you so much man, cant believe i totally missed that. I scrolled down to see DK stuff, and didnt get a chance to read all notes due to my 1 yr old being sick and my dog having major surgery all in the past week. Thanks again man, super *** stoked for this. Big smile0 -
