So I encountered a player in Cyrodiil, and after dropping his health to zero multiple times he did not die. During our fight it seems that he decided to go AFK. So I turned on shadowplay so that we could all hopefully understand this bug better.

I can pm a ZoS employee the name of the player if needed.

I don't think he would've turned it off, i believe the bug lasts until the phoenix sets 2 minute cd is over0 -

This happens to me on a similar situation but on an NPC quest mob from The Beast of Falinesti (Phariel, I think), which do blocks my progression to finish the Point of interest area in Greenshade0 -
