This thing us bad. im with a friend. he is a dd and im a tank. queue telling us less then 1 min for estimated time. 20 min gone and still in queue.

    I don't have issues with group finder on Xbox eu. We even match up cross alliance for dungeons and we can usually find specific groups within 5 or 6 minutes.

    There's a bug right now with queuing for a random dungeon if you've got a pre-formed (or partially pre-formed) group. Wait times are much longer than intended, and you may or may not get your XP and loot for completing the dungeon.

    Hopefully it'll be fixed soon...
