I've never come across a stolen item that's labeled in yellow, so it seems to be of some significance. it was shining on display in a Mages Guild . it cannot be laundered or sold, but I assume it will be taken from me if I get caught by a guard. is anyone aware of its/other items like it's significance? thanks!
