After finishing most of the puny achievements with my main character I logged in with my recently created Templar after a few days of inactivity.
Prior to the mega patch, although there were a few annoyances, like having a different weapon in my hands after switching mata too quickly (which, btw, it's an ongoing issue), the game was playable. Now, maybe because of the animation prioritization, several things are acting weird.
With my Templar, I often use my Puncturing Sweeps while weapons are sheath. If the mobs don't die with one use I have a brief delay before using it again because the unsheathing anmation must be played first.
This is not a problem for most of the PvE content, specially because Templars heal while hitting, but world bosses and, seeing in the far future, Craglorn and IC, this will be an issue.
With my Sorcerer, consecutive uses of Force Pulse often prevents the use of a proc'ed frags because, bottom line, we have multiple commands queued. Of course, I can wait for the next "cycle" and use the proc'ed frags but in the heat of battle this could prevent the frags to enjoy a proc from Kena or maybe not be used at all if in the previous "cycle" Kena emptied the magicka pool.
And like I said there are lot more, like taking milliseconds before effectively stop running to only then engage combat while the enemy already engaged at you.
Or an enemy Nightblade using a fail proof Ambush because the previous animation "cycle" didn't finish yet and thus prevented me to block (this was particularly annoying in Coldharbour)
I won't list everything I noticed here or I'll finish net year, but I think you've got my point. Before the patch game was much smoother than it is now.
