[BUG] Inner wall still being repaired despite being at less than 30%

As you can see from the video, the wall was down to lower than 30%, being hit squarely in the centre of the postern wall above the door, and it magically goes back up again. What gives? @ZOS_BrianWheeler is there a bug with siege? Or with keeps? Or was something else wierd going on. This was from about 8:30pm AEST on Trueflame, NA PC/Mac.
