Ever since the update it doesn't seem to work for me anymore. Was fighting a person in cyrodil and popped it and it didn't work. It took me 3 or 4 times for it to work. Also tested it on npc enemies and other people. Anyone care to chime in on this?

Shardaxx✭✭✭✭✭I used it last night, I'm on PS4 so this is still pre-thieves guild for me, and sometimes it worked and sometimes it did nothing at all. it wasn't just on enemy players, it was also on mobs too.

Mobs can be immune too, if they have been CC-ed recently. If you can, capture it on video, it's easier to see what's happening that way.0 -

I noticed this prior to TTG, i'd try and fear an npc enemy and sometimes it just doesn't work (on an applicable enemy not one with cc immunity). *Not Cyrodiil specific*Edited by Molec on March 13, 2016 3:15PMPC-EU 666cp+

✭I don't PvP and also have used this skill about a year ago for a while, and even back then it rarely worked (in PvE on NPCs), it mostly just did nothing at all.
