Bug: Opening stolen containers in your inventory gets reported as a crime.

Opening the stolen crate I get for rewards from the thieves guild ends up being a crime despite them being in my inventory.

I ended up with bounty and guards whomping on me in a crafting area.

Not a bug,opening them is same as stealing.

That's not a bug; if you read the description on the crate it specifically says that will happen.
