Item decon question (Thieves Guild)

I'm having trouble understanding something about styles. Is there an actual difference between Outlaw motifs and items marked (via an addon) as Thieves Guild? What do the new styles of Shadow Dancer and Night Mother count as? Can I deconstruct them and get Rouge's Soot?

Items marked as Outlaw are the same style as the crafted Outlaw items, there is no diffrence in the visuals.
If an item is marked as Outlaw then yes, you can deconstruct it and get the Rogue's Soot (presuming your add-on knows what it's doing).Yes, I like mushrooms...
