Quest Boss Pariel bugged? Advice Please

Wasn't really sure where to put this:
I was wandering around in AD and found another player asking for help with a boss. The bear Pariel was floating there with its head stuck in a rock and constantly refreshing its health to 100% after every other hit. I'm not really sure what to tell the other player, apparently (s)he's been having this problem for a week, and there were about five or so people trying to take the bear down at one point. They spent about 30 minutes before giving up and moving on. If someone could look into it, that would be cool? Or give advice as to what this player could try to fix this?

✭✭Can confirm this quest is bugged. Pariel is stuck in the terrain. Cannot enter combat. Tried reloadui & logging in/out. Did not help. Submitted a report from the player screen.
