Resetting Add Ons

My add-ons are a mess.

I am thinking of removing all of them and starting over basically. If I delete (rename actually) the add-ons folder will all add-on settings be removed? Or is there something/somewhere else that there are saved settings?

I used Joviex's settings transfer the other day for a first time in a long time. It seemed to transfer all settings OK. Anyone know if will miss anything in particular?

    Most add-ons keep there variables in the SharedVariable directory. They should still be there. You may want to download one add-on and make sure that the variable file is still there.
