Seems like ZOS broke the horse animation this patch...
The head doesnt shake anymore, all it does is stand still like a zombie horse and wiggle with the ears.
Truth to be told, the wiggling is kind of cute, but the zombie horse is much worse than before....
Stealth nerf for lag reduction, Zos wants us to buy crown store mounts that look better, or did they just screw up something again?

Detector✭✭✭✭patches 2.3.6 and 2.3.7 - scarecrow-horse without fix.
Please add this problem in bug-list.
