no theives guild assistant in game yet?

from what i can tell, i have finished the theives guild main storyline. i am rank 9 with the guild. and the future is supposedly looking bright for us.
from what i was reading about assistants prior to the tg launch, you were supposed to get puharri the smuggler for beating the storyline. he is a fence assistant that takes 35 percent of the profits but can be summoned anywhere besides pvp.
im just curious if there adding more quests with an upcoming patch, which would explain it. or is the reward simply not in game yet

Keep leveling the thieves guild skill line by doing the dailies and fetch quests. You will get another quest (got mine around 10) and receive the assistant.2 -

also another question for those who actually actively watch the steams and such.
i myself am a new player, so this is my first dlc pack release ive actually been around for.
i read somewhere awhile back that they will be adding more features in a 2ed patch for the expansion released after the initial launch.
is this true? and if so do we have a possibility that they will add a few more dailys and or quests to the tg lifespan.
2000 crowns seems a bit steep considering how short this dlc seemed compared to orsinium0 -

Don't get your hopes up. The "final quests" (the two last quests) are really dumb and flavorless, the one you're refering to actually IS the "happy ending", the rest is really silly side matters. Content filler.

They might have underestimated the time it takes you to complete the quest line - the other 2 assistants will be purchasable in the crown store by end of march - so maybe the smuggler is coming with them as well.
