Rune focus and unstoppable dont stack?

No. They don't.

They are the same buffs, and therefore do not stack.

Now if rune focus was actually mobile it would be great.

This is part of the trouble with being a Templar, all the side skills usually feel more favorable.

Majors and Minors never stack.

Example: Rune Focus gives you Major Ward and Major Resolve. So any skill that also gives these same buffs will not stack. Just as Inner Light gives Major Prophecy and Structured Entropy gives Major Sorcery and therefore these skills will not stack with a Spell Power potion that also gives both Major Prophecy and Major Sorcery. You cannot have two of the same Major buff active at the same time.

Skills that give Minor buffs will follow the same rules...two of the same Minors will not stack. However, you can have a both a Major and Minor buff active at the same time. Example: Repentance gives Minor Fortitude, Minor Endurance, and Minor Intellect (10% extra regeneration). Potions give you Majors of these buffs (20% extra regen). So with Repentance on your bar and a potion active, you would get 30% extra regeneration.
