Unless I misunderstood the patch notes, the helm vendor is supposed to appear at 00:00UTC/GMT Friday, which was 1hr50m ago. Currently, on AD and EP side in Azura's Star, the vendor does not appear.
I get the impression the patch notes were wrong and she is meant to spawn ~23 hours from now?

Zyle✭✭✭✭✭After rereading it it does seem intended to be on Friday nights, so I'm guessing that is correct, that would be 7pm EST.
"Adhazabi will now only appear on the weekends. She will arrive at 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday nights, and will pack up shop at 12:00 UTC/GMT on Mondays."

Personally, I'm fine with it. As a strict PVPer who has tried dungeons and gets bored far to quickly to do them consistently, I'd accepted the fact that I'll never get Monster sets a long time ago. The fact that I can buy them with AP now is far more than I ever expected, even if I have to wait weeks to get the sets I want.0 -
