Idea: Costume Crafting

What would y'all think about the ability to craft a custom costume? Basically, you could take the armor you have on and create a "costume" out of it so you can continue to have that aesthetic even if you change gear. I thought about this because I love heavy Khajiit helms and hate having to use monster sets. I shouldn't have to pick between being powerful or being pretty! Why can't I have both?

✭✭✭✭✭It kind of goes with people wanting to be able to use lower level materials to make higher end armors. Some of the mid tier armor looks (Argonian Medium in the 20's for instance) look so nice it's a shame I can't keep that look and have the stats at VR Ranks.
