This is what happens if you park your EP character in Deshaan and try to log in at prime time. You get a rather long loading screen and then this. 5 times so far. Will 6th be the charm or should I try a different game?

    Internet connection is fine. On 7th try ATM.

    I've never had a problem logging into Deshaan on the PC EU server at any time of day. Having read your post I've just this minute parked my EP character there in a very busy area at the Mournhold Wayshrine, logged out and logged back in again with no difficulty.

    I suggest you submit a ticket as well as posting this on the Technical forum, supplying detailed system specs (which it would be interesting to see here nonetheless).

    I'd also suggest doing a file repair on the launcher.

    Interesting. I've had this issue since.. well, always.

    specs are:
    i5-6400
    8GB ram
    AMD radeon R7 360
    windows 10

    I did manage to log in on my 8th try though. Took me only about 30 min :D

    In just that zone or anywhere? I've been playing multiple characters in all three alliances since the PC launch and have never had that problem (or any other problem with the game although I don't PvP).

    If your trying to log into the game and it takes more than say 30 seconds then try the Login Triple Step, it always gets me in the game

    1. Try to login, takes some time, cancel the request (I never wait for more than 10 seconds on this step)
    2. Try to login again, you should get an immediate error message, I think it is 201, but it does not matter. Cancel this request
    3. Try to login a third time, you will have success

    The only time this does not work is when there are server issues affecting everyone.

    Cyrodiil can have some issues when your trying to login to a character there.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
