low fps and stuttering on "decent" pc

hey guys after the newest patch i find the game unplayable anymore, previously i had around 60-70 fps and like 40 in town or pvp and the game was just.. smooth. it didnt stutter, and now its just making my eyes bleed and that is very sad because it became unplayable for me - i get around 40-50 fps now and 20 in town or pvp, even if i have those 50 fps lets say its always stuttering and it doesnt feel smooth. i attach my dxdiag, if anyone has any solution for me - please help i am desperate

true friend of mine fps also this crap, they could well reverse this situation this horrible play like that!

I've been having the same type of problems. I try 32 or 64 bit and it doesn't change. When I first start the game up it's fine for maybe 45 min but after that the stutter and fps drops come back. It's very frustrating. Lowering the settings doesn't help (though my computer is overkill for this game) and it gets irritating to have to start the game over every hr. If anything fixes this please let us know thanks

The changes to the config file helped me alot. But after the patch I have experienced a lot of issues as well..

yeah i did that all of that - nothing helped, before i came here for help i tried all of the fixes i could find online. And i got exactly the same problem, my fps dont even change that much if i select low or high, but what just grinds my gears is that the game isn't smooth. i do not know what else to do...

Hopefully they'll polish this new turd rapidly or they'll suffer another major subscription/player loss.

Hi all, hoping this thread is ideal for what I need to ask:

I have a homemade PC with the following specs:

AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3.30GHz CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB GDDR5
Kingston 480GB SSD
Kingston HyperX 8GB RAM (DDR3)

I've been suffering from low FPS since before the patch but was still pretty playable. The areas of high pop had around 20 give or take 5 and the areas w/o pop were around 30-40 but since the patch, I've been noticing a significant drop and it's consistent... around 10-15. Needless to say, I can't play with this. Do I need to upgrade my system, add more memory, or upgrade the GPU? Ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

No man this game need urgent, new patch hotfix, i have same config, and have low FPS after patch. I cant playing this game now, pls zenimax fix it, i love eso xD

i got the same problem, i got geforce gtx 750 ti 2gb + AMD 8120 and pre-patch i had STABLE fps, not its all like 80 fps here, 30 fps there. o.O and out of nowhere, nothing major happens on the screen. Contacted support followed their tips and nothing helped me so yeah all thats left for me is waiting for a hotfix or something
