With undaundet sets you mean monster sets or for example the bastion set?
Cause I have done like 50x pledges the last weeks and got only monster shoulder pieces, nothing else.
Are the drop rates that low? Or am I missing something?
Spending HOURS trying to finish veteran Imperial City Prison for gold pledge only to get crappy loot from boss, and then seriously punch-in-the-face bad rewards from both gold keys is just a bit too much for me. I'd rather get crappy V16 loot (19/20 times) than V14 loot that just shouldn't even be there..

Got this reply from customer support - "The gear from Undaunted Keys scales up to Veteran Rank 15. However, if you are Veteran Rank 16 and you get a Monster Shoulder, it will be VR16. This is functioning as intended."
While a guildie of mine had the same issue and contacted customer support and they told him to send a bug report and write on the forums about it.
Good to know that customer support don't know what they're doing and telling different people with the same issue different things.
