@ZOS_BrianWheeler, Tel-var stones thievery element added to the IC was a good idea but not balanced properly.
The tel-var thieves have minimal to no risk when going out for a robbery.
The formula used to calculate how much a thieve can steal needs to be adjusted. Here are 2 ways I would be pleased with:
1. Let the thieves steal 20%/40%/60%/80%/100% based on their tel-var stones multiplier coefficient.
2. Let the thieves steal 80% of whichever is lowest - his carrying tel-var stones or enemy's tel-var stones .
And here you go - we will have the high risk - high reward factor added to it.
