We're trying to track this down and there are some bits of information you could provide that would help us get this addressed faster!
1) Video captures of this occurring (ideally no non-ESO game sounds present in the video. This is by far the MOST valuable thing we can get from you guys now!)
2) Which client you were using
3) Did you feel like your characters's sounds were missing? Other player's sounds? Both?
4) Do UI sounds and music still play properly when experiencing this?
Happens on 32 bit aswell. This bug has been there before, I'm amazed ZOS managed to bring it back.ZOS_CaseyCoffman wrote: »Hi all,

No sound plays when it happens. I've had it happen a lot on the 64 bit client. Can't speak to the 32 bit one.
Also, your comment did not create a little ZoS symbol on the forum page. Odd..

2) Which client you were using- 64-bit
3) Did you feel like your characters's sounds were missing? Other player's sounds? Both? All game sounds. Ambient, music, sound effects, total silence
4) Do UI sounds and music still play properly when experiencing this? No. VoIP, or any sounds outside of the game work. Just nothing within the game.
