Error code 303 on the Playstation 4

I am still receiving error code 303 on the Playstation 4 after following many instructions. This problem started when I purchased Imperial City and Orsinium DLC. I'm playing on the North American server. I am in the United States of America. My NAT type is 2. My router is four months old and the firmware is updated. I'm wired directly to the router. I have tried all sorts of things that have been suggested by others to no avail. Some of the things I have tried so far are:
Putting router in dmz
Port forwarding
Tried to connect directly to modem
Deleted game and reinstalled
just to name a few. As for what exactly happens is everything will go as usual until I load a character. At some point during the loading process the loading symbol will freeze. Then, just for a moment, my toon will load then back to main screen with Error 303 connection to server has timed out. After trying a number of times (from four or five tries to fifteen or twenty) the game will finally load.

I was really hoping this issue would be looked at by the dev team. I was also hoping this problem would have been fixed with the thieves guild update, but it obviously hasn't. I have even gone as far as resetting everything on my ps4. I deleted everything and had to get a usb drive to store the essential ps4 data. This hasn't helped at all. I found a link stating error 303 has been fixed, but this on,y works for the pc. The suggestion there was to turn off that dlc. Why would anyone want to turn off parts of the game that they have paid for. This is beyond annoying at this point. I would really like to so that my problem is fixed because when I'm able to play it's a great and wonderful experience. Oh well I suppose, I have never left an Elder Scrolls game, but I'm seriously considering it.

A member of my guild was having this problem and I found an easy fix for him. Go into your PS4 settings and then into Application Saved Data Management. Backup your ESO saved data file to the cloud or a USB first to be safe and then delete the file off of your hard drive. This solved the issue for him after he had tried everything else (unsinstall/resinstall game, forwarding router ports, etc).

I hope this works for others that have been getting this error.

@Erdmanski I had already tried that. I think I finnaly fixed my problem. I was able to fix this problem by turning off my system and holding the power button in the system until it beeped twice. It then asked me to plug in my controller. Then a safe mode menu was displayed with a few different options. I chose the second to last option which deleted everything off of my harddrive except system information. Since I didn't care about any other game I didn't back anything up. When I turned system back on I had to re download updates for ESO, but had no more problems. A big thank you goes to everyone that tried to help me. I was finnaly able to fix my problem. Thanks you.
