Mount Stop/Start Bug Back?

Has anyone else noticed the mount start/stop bug which was fixed appears to have returned. It appears I keep starting and stopping when I try to sprint on any mount.
Please let me know if anyone else is having an issue as it was identified and patched several updates ago so I would expect with a known cause we can have it fixed fairly quickly.

Gina, the start/stop bug seems to be back or something similar causing the issue. I noticed that it also may be linked to horses re-charging stamina while sprinting.
Something is wonky. Yes.."wonky" is a technical term.0
