We absolutely need a vote kick ability for group finder.

That would be awful. No need to add welfare - ish restrictions such as this.

Rely on the vast majority using it properly and don't waste time trying to code fail - safes to prevent minority abuse.

I fear some players may abuse this ability and I think when this time comes I will no more group with random people for dungeons, just with guild mates. Don't want to be kicked just because someone thinks I'm too lazy in killing, I make breakes for toilet or my dps is too low... I vote no.

So what do you think of the current system where the group leader can kick you with no say from the rest of the group?

Group leader can kick you for this anyway. With vote kick though 1 or 2 teammates can be more tolerant to your low dps and afks.

I know I for one am more than likely to vote no on a kick.... I'm sure there are others as well.

But the whole point of the vote-kick system is that it's far less open to abuse than the current system under which one person is the only one who gets to decide who does and doesn't get kicked.

With vote-kick if 1 person thinks you suck and wants to kick you, then unless he can get the others to agree and vote with him he can't kick you. And if he tries to convince everyone, but they think he's being a jerk (and maybe the problem was with him anyway - I generally find the people most likely to want to kick someone for being bad are the ones who are bad themselves and need better players to carry them) then there's a decent chance that everyone else (including you) will vote to kick him instead.
