Alchemy crafting writ problem

As the title says, I have a problem with alchemy crafting writs. One week ago I levelled my alchemy very fast straight up to lvl 50, and then invested skill points into Solvent Proficiency, up to skill rank 7. Thus since then I should get alchemy crafting writs tier 7, which would require me to use the star dew and to craft potions with prefix: Distillate. However, although I am able to craft Distillates, all of my alchemy crafting writs so far have required me to use tier 6 solvents, i.e. the cloud mist, and to craft Panacea instead of Distillate. Is this normal or is it bugged?

✭✭✭✭✭There are 6 Tiers or Writs, there are 9 Tiers of Solvents. Some are never going to be requested for writs.
Really, either do Tier 1 Sips or Tier 6 Essences.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
