When is the Daily Random bonus supposed to reset?

So I did a Random Dungeon yesterday, got my blue and 100k exp, and the bonus offered dropped to green and 33k. Now it's the next day, pledges/wb quests/writs have all reset, but the bonus hasn't.
Is it a timing thing?

✭✭✭✭✭I'm not even sure this bonus thing is a "daily" thing, maybe it's a 1-time thing ?
But it's kind of buggy. I completed a "random vet" via grouping tool and received nothing... until I logged on on a different character + the next day... and got an email. Strange.

That makes sense. Maybe the system waits 24 hours, "summarizes" all our eligible dungeon completion in those 24 hours, sends the rewards and resets... that would be consistent with my experience. But some guildies received their mail straight upon dungeon completion... Idk.

Few hours ago I completed normal dungeon with my sorc and received reward mail immediately... Weird system0 -

It would suck if the random bonus reset the way hirelings do though...0 -
